New agent orientations are generally held every other Tuesday at 1pm. Please visit the online training schedule calendar for the next available class and watch your inbox for our weekly class schedule. Classes are always subject to time changes so plese visit the calendar for the most up to date calendar. 

During the orientation we will review several items in your welcome letter. Orientations run approximately 90-120 min. depending on the number of questions and attendees during the webinar. 



Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell is excited to announce a new agent interface where agents will be able to update & enhance their listings on one site and have that information feed automatically to several websites such as:, and more! That means one update to a listing to get the benefits of 3 sites!

The interface is user friendly and allows you to add additional photos, rearrange photos, add captions, update remarks, etc.

In addition to this new agent interface, CBHB has launched a new company-wide virtual tour/video solution! Every CBHB listing with multiple photos will be given a virtual tour & video automatically!

All virtual tours will be sent to the various websites as automatically! All videos will be sent to Coldwell Banker OnLocation and our local CBHB YouTube channel.


To access the agent interface go to:
UN: default username is your first initial, last name, agent ID# (example: jsmith1234)
PW: default password is your office MLS ID#




Your personal website address is: (example: You can use this URL for your personal marketing or if you have or decide to purchase your own domain name (example: you can set the URL above to the forwarding website. Instructions on how to do this in GoDaddy are found HERE.


Please be sure to set your purchased/owned URL to forward to:  Set it up as a PERMANENT forward WITHOUT masking.

There are many other registrars out there so it’s really up to you where you’d like to purchase it from. GoDaddy is just one of the more common registrars.

LeadRouter Training

The directions to get to the training on CB Works are as follows:

  1. Login into CBWorks:
  2. Click on the icon with four circles at the top right corner of the dashboard, which will open up your springboard
  3. Click on the CBU Learning Center icon
  4. In the lower left corner of your browser you will see a search bar
  5. Type in CB LeadRouter Agent Course and press the search button
  6. Click on CB LeadRouter Agent Course
  7. This will take you to the launch page for the training class
  8. The self-paced online class should launch. Take the class (15-30 minutes on average)
  9. After completing the course you will receive a confirmation email, which you will forward to, along with 8-12 coverage zip codes you would like to service.

IMPREV eMarketing Center
